Thank you notes….I’ve been trying to get around to doing them since New Year’s. It’s not that I dislike writing them, it’s just hard to find time just to sit and be still. There always something to be done and not a moment to spare. Even as I sit here, like many others, I have my to do list playing at the front of my brain like a movie.
If someone took the time to make, pick out, purchase and deliver a gift to you, they deserve your time and effort to sit down and hand write a thank you note. It doesn’t have to be novel, but it must be sincere. A pretty little note in the mail or left on a desk is a special little surprise to anyone. But more importantly it shows your appreciation.
